Change of Auditor

Melbourne, Australia – May 29, 2026 – Epiminder Limited (ASX: EPI) ("Epiminder" or "the Company") announces that following a formal evaluation process of external audit services, the Board has resolved to appoint Ernst & Young (EY) as the Company's auditor with effect from 1 July 2026, being the commencement of the financial year ending 30 June 2027 (FY27).

The appointment of EY is subject to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) granting its consent to the resignation of the current auditor, MVAB Audit Pty Ltd (MVAB Audit), in accordance with section 329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). The Board thanks MVAB Audit for their professional services and support during their tenure.

A resolution will be proposed at the Company's next Annual General Meeting to confirm the appointment of the Company's auditor.
