Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

Melbourne, Australia – 4 November 2026 – Epiminder Limited (ASX: EPI) (Epiminder or the Company) advises that Mark McLellan has tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary to pursue an opportunity outside the company. He will remain in his role until February 26, 2027 to ensure an orderly handover. The Company will commence a process to identify a suitable replacement and will keep the market informed in due course.

The Board thanks Mark for his contribution since he has been at the Company.
